Last Updated: February 17, 2026

Welcome to Zikim (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

The App provides language learning materials, including news-based content, AI-refined texts, and audio tools designed to assist in learning Hebrew.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Ownership: All content within the App—including text, AI-generated or AI-refined content, audio, images, code, design, and the “look and feel” is the exclusive property of “70Languages Software LTD.” (“Owner”).

License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes only.

Restrictions: You may not scrape, crawl, reproduce, redistribute, or use the content to train other machine learning models without express written permission from the Owner.

3. Accuracy of Content & AI Disclaimer

You acknowledge that the App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate, refine, and translate content. Consequently:

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for 99% accuracy, errors may occur. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect Hebrew diacritics (Niqqud), grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, or syntactical inaccuracies.

  • Audio & Pronunciation: Audio features are synthesized. Pronunciation, stress, and intonation may occasionally be incorrect or unnatural.

  • CEFR Leveling: Language level classifications (e.g., A1, A2, B1) are our internal estimates. We do not guarantee that all vocabulary or structures within a lesson strictly adhere to official CEFR standards.

  • Informational Purposes Only: News-based materials are provided for linguistic practice only. They are NOT a source of factual news. Do not rely on the App for safety, legal, medical, or financial information.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Language learning is subjective and depends on individual effort. The App is an educational tool, not a legal contract for proficiency. We make no guarantees regarding your progress, fluency, or success in any external language examinations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • “As-Is” Basis: The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

  • Damages: The Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, physical damage to your device, software glitches, data loss, or security breaches.

  • Liability Cap: In no event shall the Owner’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to the Owner (if any) in the last six months.

6. Future Monetization & Payments

The App is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or “In-App Purchases” in the future. Any such purchases will be subject to the payment terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

7. User Feedback

If you send us feedback, screenshots, or suggestions via the App, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
